From Successful Business And Daily Panic Attacks to One Massive Identity Shift | Identity Work [ep. #292]
Have you reached the point in your business where on paper everything should feel good? You've got the clients, you've built something successful, and yet a little part of you is screaming that something doesn't feel right anymore. Then we need to chat about identity work!
My gorgeous client Beth Beeley-Cave first came into my world for her NLP practitioner qualification, wanting tools to support the business she already had. What neither of us expected was that the work would have her questioning almost everything she thought she knew about herself.
Then she joined my 1:1 container, and what followed was a massive identity shift. She launched a completely different business and built a next level of self trust and conviction that really has completely changed the way that she leads herself.
This is Beth's story, but I have a feeling you'll hear parts of yourself in it too.

[00:00:00] Rebecca Haydon Have you ever got to the point in your business where on paper everything should feel good? You have the clients, you have built something successful even though you probably do not believe it yet. People are telling you how well you are doing, and there is a little part of you that is screaming quite loud, because it is saying no, no, no.
[00:00:19] Rebecca Haydon Hang on, something just does not feel right anymore. Sometimes that is one of the hardest things to admit, especially when you have worked so hard building the life you are currently living. This is exactly the kind of identity work that today's episode gets into, which is why I wanted to bring my gorgeous client Beth onto the podcast for a little success story.
[00:00:40] Rebecca Haydon When Beth first came into my world, she actually signed up for my NLP practitioner qualification, and she wanted tools to support the business she already had. What neither of us knew at the time was that over the following few months she launched a completely different business, got caught up in an actual typhoon while travelling the world and doing NLP at the same time, and began questioning almost everything she thought she knew about herself.
[00:01:12] Rebecca Haydon When Beth joined my one to one container, she was constantly looking outside of herself for the answers. She was really wondering if she was saying things the right way, and questioning whether she was good enough to hold the level of success she wanted, really searching outside of herself.
[00:01:30] Rebecca Haydon Through our time together, Beth left with a level of self trust, conviction and certainty, and by God can you hear that in today's interview. It has completely changed the way she leads herself, the way she is building her new business, and ultimately the way she is creating some fucking incredible results.
[00:01:56] Rebecca Haydon This conversation had me smiling from ear to ear. In fact, my cheeks hurt afterwards. Yes, this is Beth's story, but I have a real feeling you are going to hear parts of yourself in it too. I am so excited to bring this to the podcast. Let's get into the journey that Beth and I had together inside my one to one container.

[00:03:05] Rebecca Haydon Oh my gosh, I have got some sort of motherfucking superstar with me today. I am so excited. Welcome, my love, to the success story podcast.
[00:03:15] Beth Beeley-Cave Oh, hello. Thank you so much for having me. I am so excited.
[00:03:18] Rebecca Haydon My pleasure. Tell everyone who you are and what you do.
[00:03:21] Beth Beeley-Cave I am Beth BB Cave. I am the founder of Internal Rebrand. I help female founders hold massive success without losing themselves in the process. I actually got qualified in NLP with Bec at the Subconscious Institute, and then went on to work with her one to one, and it has changed my freaking life.
[00:03:39] Rebecca Haydon The end of the episode. Thank you everyone for listening. Oh my gosh, right, okay, but I need to calm down, because it is just the most incredible story that I cannot wait for us to tell.
How an NLP Qualification Accidentally Launched Beth's Whole New Business
[00:03:49] Rebecca Haydon Before we get into the work we have done together, and we will talk a little bit about NLP as well, though we will do a separate interview for that one, tell everyone a little bit about who you were when you first came into my world. What did life and business look like at that point?
[00:04:05] Beth Beeley-Cave I first came into your world in November of 2025, didn't I? Which was a very hard period of my life. I had just gone through what I would call a massive identity crisis. I was at a point in my business where, long story short, it put me in hospital. I was having daily panic attacks.
[00:04:25] Beth Beeley-Cave My anxiety and stress were so high and so severe that I thought I was having a heart attack. I was having heart palpitations. My self belief was on the floor. I was working with misaligned clients. I did not really know what I was doing or what I was doing it for.
[00:04:42] Beth Beeley-Cave Then I reached out to Becks to do the NLP qualification, and made the decision that I was going to integrate my mindset into my business. I was a strength and powerlifting coach. I had been for 5 years. Mindset was naturally a part of what I was coaching on, but along the way of my business getting better and better, I hit the point of the success I had been working towards for years, and simultaneously my identity, everything about myself, also completely crumbled.
[00:05:06] Beth Beeley-Cave So it was a really horrible, weird point in my life. Then just before I started the qualification with you, I went travelling, and that whole experience, which is a whole story in and of itself, forced me, as I was doing the NLP qualification, to completely change my identity as well.
[00:05:25] Beth Beeley-Cave I was originally supposed to be in the Philippines, island hopping while doing these calls, and then just a few days in we were hit with a typhoon, a massive typhoon, and had to flee the country. We ended up in Australia, and I was basically travelling, working, and doing my NLP qualification by day and by night.
[00:05:46] Beth Beeley-Cave There was so much that happened, and genuinely within the space of about a month, bearing in mind the travelling was 3 weeks long, it completely changed who I was. That is a massive part down to doing the NLP qualification and rewiring the shit out of my brain.
[00:06:01] Rebecca Haydon We did a lot of rewiring in those 4 weeks.
[00:06:04] Beth Beeley-Cave And then simultaneously being away and travelling. From the end of 2025 to the start of 2026, when I say I was a completely different person, I am not freaking joking. So that is literally, in a nutshell, where I have been. I was a strength and powerlifting coach in a complete identity crisis, my health was at rock bottom, and then within a couple of months I was a different freaking person who had started a brand new business.
[00:06:30] Rebecca Haydon That was my next question. When you started NLP, and I remember our conversation quite distinctly, I remember where I was when I was messaging you. I was at my favourite restaurant. We were having lunch, we were outside, and I was messaging you to see whether the dates could work, because you were travelling, and how it would work with the travelling, and sending you your manual before you went so you could take it with you.
[00:06:53] Rebecca Haydon I just remember that conversation so clearly, for the reasons we will go on to speak about. Did you ever imagine that NLP would completely change the trajectory and direction of your life and your business?
[00:07:15] Beth Beeley-Cave Not to this extent. I knew the work would be amazing. I had done a little bit of mindset coaching before, and it really had changed a lot for me, but not to the point where I would be launching a second business and my entire life would do a complete 180. I genuinely saw it, as I said to you at the time, as a tool that I would build into my strength and powerlifting.
[00:07:36] Beth Beeley-Cave Because with the athletes I was working with, mindset was such a big part of everything we did. So I thought, right, this is going to really leverage everything I can do, and it did, but I really did not expect everything it would do for me, and the strangely divine timing of when it happened.
[00:07:54] Beth Beeley-Cave And what was going on when it happened. But no, not nearly to that extent.
[00:07:59] Rebecca Haydon Oh my gosh, I wish we could speak to Beth in November. I wish we could go back. I mean, we could, but it is so powerful to see. I remember when we first started, even really in NLP, it was almost that you had fallen out of love with the version of your business that everyone knew you for, that you were so known for, that you had made success out of, like you said.
Why Beth Was Screaming for More While Everyone Called Her Successful
[00:08:24] Rebecca Haydon How difficult did it feel to admit when you got to that point after NLP?
[00:08:30] Beth Beeley-Cave It was terrifying, and I think doing the NLP qualification showed me that I had been burying it for a long time. I loved what I did, but it was safe. It was profitable, it was marketable, and there was so much linked to it, as we subsequently saw, that it was so deeply integrated with who I was and what I was known for, as you said.
[00:08:54] Beth Beeley-Cave It really blindsided me. The minute we started getting underneath all of those layers, it [00:09:00] was not just that I had fallen out of love with the work I did, but that there was a huge disconnect, and a part of me was screaming for more. The reason I always felt so called to my mindset is that I now truly believe it is what I was born to do, but I was doing it in one small capacity, and it really knocked me for six.
[00:09:17] Beth Beeley-Cave I will never forget, we finished the NLP course and then a few months later I came and did one to one with you, and I will never forget around that time I had this huge breakthrough, this huge penny drop moment where I realised mindset coaching is what I am meant to do. I felt really stuck, between a rock and a hard place.
[00:09:36] Beth Beeley-Cave I had built up a really big following, and I had put all of these subconscious conditions on needing to follow the right path or doing right by other people, to the point where I had squashed my own purpose. I remember the point where I had had a VIP day with someone, and I made the decision that we were going to rebrand the whole business, which is now Internal Rebrand, and the very next day I was supposed to go and handle a client at a powerlifting competition.
Why Leaving a Profitable Business Felt Like a Break Up
[00:10:06] Beth Beeley-Cave It was this direct conflict of two identities. I had just made this decision, this is what I am doing, this is who I am going to help, this is my future and what I am meant to do, and then literally the next day I am stepping into an environment where I am thinking, oh.
[00:10:22] Beth Beeley-Cave That felt like a really weird, gut wrenching feeling. It was really difficult to walk into that environment and realise that not only had I made this decision, but this was confirmation, because I was walking in there thinking, I do not want to be here.
[00:10:37] Beth Beeley-Cave I was mentally tapped out. I said this to you, didn't I? I said I feel like I have broken up with someone, and it was myself. It is this really horrible feeling of identity death and rebirth, where you have not fully stepped into the new one, but you are also still doing all the things the old version would.
[00:10:55] Beth Beeley-Cave It was a really hard time. The old void, literally.
[00:10:59] Rebecca Haydon It was a very hard time. So when we started working together one to one, you initially came to me to work on something outside the business, but it fit extremely well into everything we were doing within the business, didn't it?
[00:11:12] Rebecca Haydon During our time together we really kept coming back to you. This was a massive through line, and I know it is going to be a big part of what we speak about. I have got goosebumps even saying it, but it was really coming back to Beth. That was the sentence we said so many times, wasn't it? And that was not apparent when you first came in. What did you come into that container to figure out? What did you believe you needed at that time?
[00:11:40] Beth Beeley-Cave I thought I needed to figure out direction, and a little bit of who I needed to be to make it work. There was a lot, as you say, that we were talking through externally that was not always linked to the business, but lo and behold, of course it always is, and how you do one thing is how you do everything. I realised I was really closed off to [00:12:00] receiving in so many areas, and we thought it was about this, and then this, and then money, and then clients, and then it evolved into being this new person in a second business in a new industry, and it was all of these golden through lines.
[00:12:14] Beth Beeley-Cave That really is what we kept coming back to, and this is something I now say to a lot of my clients. It is you. Everything is you. We had a session, I think it was the last one we did together, where we had this big breakthrough of, it is you. This massive weight lifted, and I made a screensaver of it, and to this day it is still my screensaver.
[00:12:35] Rebecca Haydon Oh, I love that.
[00:12:37] Beth Beeley-Cave It ran deep for me.
[00:12:40] Rebecca Haydon Hang on, you were not on that call, because that call was fucking beautiful. That whole breakthrough was so amazing, and it is one of those sessions that will go down in history for me. There was a lot of stuff we came back to in the way of self trust and learning to listen to yourself again, and really finding Beth.
How Self Trust Became The Foundation For The Entire Business
[00:13:04] Rebecca Haydon Why do you think that became the work?
[00:13:07] Beth Beeley-Cave When it comes to identity work, the fact that it goes so deep and there are always so many layers on top of it, it is the thing I now know drives everything. Self trust comes from knowing exactly who you are. The strategy works because you know exactly who is running it.
[00:13:27] Beth Beeley-Cave Every move you make is about who you are in those moments. For a long time, and this is a big conversation online, isn't it, about embodiment and be do have, until you do the subconscious work you do not realise what the fuck that means and how deep it genuinely goes.
[00:13:43] Beth Beeley-Cave There have been a lot of things in my life where I had buried it, or I put other people's needs first, or, as always, you take on so much of other people's stuff that it just got completely buried. Starting this second business meant so much more because it really was what I was born to do, and I wholeheartedly believe that now.
[00:14:04] Rebecca Haydon I do too.
[00:14:05] Beth Beeley-Cave Which is so special to hear from you as well. In doing that, it meant you have to be so certain and so secure in who you are. With work like this, it is so emotionally driven, isn't it? It is so purpose led in everything you do, and I really needed to know who I was to be able to go and do that. Not in a go and find yourself way, which is exactly what I did, by the way, when I went to Australia.
[00:14:31] Beth Beeley-Cave That is literally what happened. When I went abroad, I found myself. But the hardwiring now in my brain, in my subconscious, is so completely different, and it is why I am seeing the results I am, why I am working with the clients I am, why I am so convicted and I love what I do so much. It is because we came back to Beth.
[00:14:48] Beth Beeley-Cave It is something I share all the time. We spent that time relentlessly coming back to Beth, and it is the thing that changed everything for me.
[00:14:55] Rebecca Haydon Yeah, and it was relentless in the way you were showing up for [00:15:00] it, the rewiring we were doing, really stepping into who she was.
The One Timeline Therapy Session That Blew The Walls Out
[00:15:05] Rebecca Haydon Was there a point in our container together where you thought, okay, this has been the thing holding me back? I know there were a couple of things, but was it what you expected when we got there?
[00:15:16] Beth Beeley-Cave No. It very rarely is, I think now. It has really taught me that you will go in thinking it is one thing, and then you will have something reflected back and you think, oh my gosh.
[00:15:26] Rebecca Haydon It is never the presenting problem.
[00:15:28] Beth Beeley-Cave No, exactly. For me there was one moment and one memory I had always known was quite strong. Personally I am very visual, I am very in my feelings. I am an ADHD gal, so I will be very aware of things a lot of the time, and it actually meant I was probably in tune with the wrong things and out of tune with the things that really were going to make the difference.
[00:15:48] Beth Beeley-Cave There was one particular block and one particular session where we had gone back to a moment. Bec and I actually have very similar histories, which is really strange. I was also a dancer for years, in the performing arts industry. We basically went back to a memory of the very last national finals I had done, and completely shifted a belief I literally did not even know was there.
[00:16:09] Beth Beeley-Cave It is one of the most vivid sessions of timeline therapy I think I have ever done. It was really strange, and I was thinking about it afterwards. You know when you have those sessions where you think, oh my God. I do not even really remember what it was now, or what I was feeling beforehand, to be honest.
[00:16:24] Rebecca Haydon You do not need to.
[00:16:26] Beth Beeley-Cave No, exactly.
[00:16:27] Rebecca Haydon That is the power of this work. My clients cannot even remember the belief we went in with.
[00:16:31] Beth Beeley-Cave Literally this. Amen. I just remember walking away from that session, again I think this was the It's You session, realising that I had outsourced so much of my success in the powerlifting industry, having so many coaches, all of these industry standards making me feel like I was capping how much I could charge or what I wanted it to do, and trying to fit a mould.
[00:16:51] Beth Beeley-Cave I just had this huge, I literally visually see it as the walls being completely blown out, realising there is no constriction on anything I can do because it is me. You are the person who will always make it work. People will pay you just because you are you, and because of what you speak on, your journey, yada yada yada.
[00:17:10] Beth Beeley-Cave That was the session that just changed everything, and we had a really beautiful follow up session that cemented it even further. We had one session very heavily focused on strategy and where we wanted to take things, and that really cemented it.
[00:17:25] Beth Beeley-Cave It was this beautiful through line, wasn't it, of really seeing this future direction and then subconsciously shifting, all right, but it is you, you have got to trust it. Then we had this follow up of really getting your spark back in the most beautiful sense. None of what we did was anything I had expected, but it is so freaking powerful, and that is why this work is so magical.
[00:17:47] Beth Beeley-Cave It will take you exactly where you need to go, whether you are ready for it or not, and the minute you rewire it.
[00:17:51] Rebecca Haydon Whether you know we are going there or not, literally.
Her Partner Saw the Identity Shift Before She Did
[00:18:00] Rebecca Haydon There were so many times you did shift, and so many shifts you experienced, but you felt so different. You felt like a new woman. You felt like you, for the first time in a long time, and I know your partner noticed it fully before you did. What do you think changed externally for you after those shifts?
[00:18:15] Beth Beeley-Cave I really think it was my energy and how I was around him. When we first spoke I was very in on myself. I have always said I am an energetic person. I am very bubbly, I am outspoken, a little bit of me is a bit batshit crazy, and I felt really smothered for a long time by my own brain, my own beliefs, and all of this other stuff. One of the big areas I was seeing that in was my relationship, feeling like I could not put my finger on it, but I was not quite being myself, and there was a lot of reservation around things and keeping bits at a distance.
[00:18:52] Beth Beeley-Cave What really shifted was that he started to see my energy was so much higher, that I was actually having a lot more fun and feeling free. At that point I was a stress head. I was projecting a lot of things onto him. I would be quite bitey and dismissive, and I was really aware of it, which I think is the really difficult part, when you are very aware of the blocks and exactly what you are doing but it has just not changed yet.
[00:19:14] Beth Beeley-Cave It is that horrible part, and I was really deeply in it. I was being a bit shitty, because there was this huge disconnect from who I actually was. He just started seeing my energy being higher, that I was more fun, that I was expressing my opinions a lot more. I was this breath of fresh air. He was like, oh, you are working but you are not stressed about it, you are not burning out. Little things. I was so overstimulated, and it would not even be that I was doing that much. I remember coming to you having forced myself through a 12 hour day. That was where I was right at the beginning of one of my calls with you.
[00:19:50] Rebecca Haydon It was, yes.
[00:19:51] Beth Beeley-Cave I was really in force, hustle, get your head down, do the work, and so disconnected from myself, because it is not who I am at all. I do not want to do that. It is not how I want to operate. He really started seeing that I was then doing much shorter days, getting so much more done, feeling 10 times better for it, and he was like, oh, this is you.
[00:20:12] Beth Beeley-Cave I started to realise that, exactly as you say, after him. It is really funny how you get that reflected back to you externally before sometimes we even realise it ourselves. This is exactly the kind of identity shift that other people can spot before you can.
[00:20:22] Rebecca Haydon Yeah, because these were such big, monumental shifts in such a short period, and we were working on so much. Reflecting back now, we were looking at your diary. We were looking at content and how you wanted to show up within that. There were so many different avenues, weren't there? I remember the moment you said, right after this session I am just going to go and record that, I am going to say what I want to say, how I want to say it.
[00:20:47] Rebecca Haydon You were walking down a path. I remember the background of that video, and you literally were like, I have done it, that is who I want to be. There were so many things happening [00:21:00] externally that were really reinforcing, from an evident point of view, this new identity you were stepping into, which was amazing and made all the difference with the success you have now gone on to have.
Who Beth Is Now After 2 Months Of Subconscious Work
[00:21:13] Rebecca Haydon The Beth who was sitting here before we started versus the Beth sitting here now, what is the difference mainly?
[00:21:22] Beth Beeley-Cave Where to even start with that? I was reading through the questions you sent beforehand and I thought, this is going to be the one where I do not even know how to start.
[00:21:30] Beth Beeley-Cave The biggest thing is my energy and my freaking love for what I do. I have never felt more myself, and that sounds like a very easy thing to say on the surface, but it is not until you do this work that you realise what it actually means, and I wish I could express that when I was writing it down. Beyond the energy and how I am showing up and my external results, I have just never, ever felt more me. I have never felt more self assured or more sure in my mission, in the clients I am helping. I trust literally everything I do now, because I know there is not going to be a single thing I do wrong, because it is for me, for my business, for my clients.
[00:22:11] Beth Beeley-Cave Before, like I say, I was so anxious. I was so bottled up and stressed, forcing myself to do stuff, not sure if it was the right thing. I would overthink everything, even little things like outsourcing so much to AI and ChatGPTing my ideas, back and forth on content.
[00:22:28] Beth Beeley-Cave Even this week I have just been away in France, I have had an entire week off, and I still had enquiries come through.
[00:22:34] Rebecca Haydon And let it be.
[00:22:35] Beth Beeley-Cave Exactly. I still felt super chilled. I was just bashing out a few things on my notes for some content ideas on the way home, and not needing to rely on all of that.
[00:22:44] Beth Beeley-Cave I always remember, I tell this story all the freaking time, that on one of our last calls together I came off the call, and I do not know if you remember this, and I had this, I very rarely am as woo woo, but the only way I have ever been able to describe it is a download. All of this stuff just cleared out of the way and I suddenly had this download of the exact process I wanted to use with my one to one clients.
[00:23:08] Beth Beeley-Cave My one to one is now called the Internal Flame, and there are 3 stages we take them through. The first is the spark, getting your spark back. The second is the flame, so we start actually building your capacity and feeling like you again, and the business is building. Then it is the fire, where it is roaring, you are on top of the freaking world, you are seeing all of these results. I just remember finishing a session with you and having this download, and within 5 minutes I came back to you and said, da da da da da.
[00:23:30] Rebecca Haydon You literally messaged me, and you were like, anyway, here is my full methodology, and I was like, right, okay.
[00:23:37] Beth Beeley-Cave That would have taken me weeks to do beforehand. So yes, my energy, yes, how I am, but also how long it takes me to do things now, and the decisions I am able to make because I trust myself so wholeheartedly that I think we are fine. I would be asking 6 different people for their opinions and questions, and now I do not need that. There is no other way to say it, I am just a [00:24:00] completely different freaking person.
[00:24:01] Rebecca Haydon Ugh, my cheeks are hurting physically from smiling. Who is Beth now? Who is she now?
[00:24:08] Beth Beeley-Cave She is fiery, she is sassy, she is self assured, she is confident. She is a go-getter, but she is also so in touch with her emotions. A lot of the time, even if I have a down day, luteal, we are women, we are going to have it, that is something I barely even notice now, because I trust that a little wobble is not going to be the end of things. I am now able to feel my emotions. I feel like I have the depth and the breadth of me back.
[00:24:33] Beth Beeley-Cave I would almost only let myself tap into one or two things, and again, this is one of the first areas we talked through, wasn't it, this shame, this guilt almost, around feeling certain emotions and experiencing certain things. Now I let myself feel all of it. I can have days where I sit back a little bit more and let myself do that, and I have days where I go for it. I am sure I will have days where I have longer hours, but it does not drain me anymore. My partner reflected this back to me. He said, I feel like you are working a lot more again recently, because I was building up for a launch and had shoots and stuff, so I was getting a bit more done.
[00:25:06] Beth Beeley-Cave He said, but you are not burnt out, you are fine, you are not bitey, you are just super chill and still having fun and joking around, just being myself. Beth is Beth. Do you know what I mean? Beth is back to herself.
The Results Of Building A Business That Genuinely Feels Like You
[00:25:21] Rebecca Haydon Yeah, she fucking is, and I love it. So since we worked together, what has happened? Tell everyone how different it feels building something that genuinely feels like you, and the success you have had over the last couple of months has been wild.
[00:25:41] Beth Beeley-Cave Wild. It is so wild.
[00:25:45] Rebecca Haydon One word. Done. Wild.
[00:25:46] Beth Beeley-Cave It is absolutely crazy. Within Internal Rebrand, like I say, I think I had just rebranded it by the time we started together. Even from doing the NLP qualification to starting one to one, there had been quite a lot of umming and ahhing, and I made this decision, and since then, as I say, I had a second business that had been in my life for 5 years. I made the very scary decision to say, do you know what, Internal Rebrand is where I want to be, and I want to be full time by at least the end of the year.
[00:26:08] Beth Beeley-Cave We are at a point where that is pretty much happening. It is self sustaining. I am working with dream clients. I have had industry leaders messaging me before I had even launched my podcast, wanting to come on, bearing in mind that currently I have got less than 500 followers on Instagram. The authority is there, I am working with incredible clients, and the change I am getting with those clients is insane. I have just had a couple of brand shoots. It is absolutely wild.
[00:26:28] Beth Beeley-Cave More than that, I feel complete, and I have launched the podcast. I feel so self assured, my capacity is so much higher, and the work I do now feels so easy, because it is not coming from a place of proving or trying to disprove that I am not good enough, and all of the stuff we were working through. It just is what it is, and I am who I am, and therefore the results [00:27:00] have been absolutely insane.
[00:27:02] Rebecca Haydon It is wild. It is wild.
What Changed in Just 5 Sessions of Deep Identity Work
[00:27:04] Rebecca Haydon What surprised you most about us working together, or the way we worked together?
[00:27:08] Beth Beeley-Cave One, I just feel like we click. Maybe I am a little biased.
[00:27:13] Rebecca Haydon Yes.
[00:27:13] Beth Beeley-Cave But I feel like we had such a special relationship in that way. We have a lot of similarities, and I think we understood each other, and I was trained by you as well, so we had this understanding of the work that meant we got through things very quickly. If we actually look, I worked with you for 2 months. We covered so much in that time.
[00:27:33] Rebecca Haydon When I was reflecting back I thought, oh wow, it was literally 2 months, and we changed the world.
[00:27:38] Beth Beeley-Cave Let's start with the one on ones. We had 5 calls together. Five calls. My God, if this is not evidence that you need to go and work with Bec because it will change your life. Five sessions, and that is what we covered. It is absolutely crazy. I was really surprised by how much we did and the depth we were able to get into. The way you understood me, and business consciousness is your jam, so of course you are going to be the best person to go to for all of this.
[00:28:04] Beth Beeley-Cave The way we were able to get to the very specific, deep parts I never would have known were there, or never would have looked at. Like I said, I have done mindset coaching before, we have shifted limiting beliefs, we have gone to those places, but we seemed to go so far beneath the surface to the exact single shift that needed to happen, or the exact memory that needed to be rewritten, for me to change who I was and change my life.
[00:28:29] Beth Beeley-Cave It blew my mind. It has really set the pace for who I am now and how I am as a practitioner, and everything I do with my clients. It has shown me not just the standard, but the depth and the emotional connection you can build with the right clients. It was so beautiful.
[00:28:47] Rebecca Haydon Oh, I have got full body goosebumps. I know I get goosebumps, but that was full body. Thank you, Beth. That is really incredible. What was incredible is that you had just come out of NLP, so we had had a different type of relationship, because you were my student at that point, right? Then coming in as a client, but also knowing the tools and the techniques, it was so powerful to merge those together, almost knowing that that is what you will do with your clients as well. I love that I have been part of that. I love that I have been part of this journey with you.
Why You Should Not Wait Until Rock Bottom To Start The Subconscious Mind Work
[00:29:22] Rebecca Haydon If someone was thinking about one to one work or taking that next step, what would you say to them?
[00:29:28] Beth Beeley-Cave Do it. Do it, do it, do it, do it. Honestly, it has changed my life. Knowing you are at the point where you need to invest in work like this can feel really stretchy. It can feel really scary, and for a lot of people, I do think they wait until they are at rock bottom, and this was something I did when I very first invested in mindset coaching. Making that decision to say, okay, I am at a point where I am okay, and choosing that you are not done, is the most powerful decision you will ever make, and making that decision with someone like Bec is the best thing you will ever freaking do for yourself.
[00:29:58] Beth Beeley-Cave It has changed my life. I do not even recognise who I was before, and that was for 2 months. Two months of being in your world. I cannot recommend it enough. You are incredible. The whole process has been absolutely incredible. Do it.
What Beth Is Most Proud Of Looking Back
[00:30:13] Rebecca Haydon I love that. What do you think Beth before this container would be most proud of, to finish us off?
[00:30:21] Beth Beeley-Cave Such a full circle way to finish, but I really think about who I am. Oh, I am fucking emotional, but the dedication I gave to that work, and just making the investment to sit down with the shit that is going to be really uncomfortable, and making the decision to let go of the safe thing. I have all of this evidence now that it is the thing that changed my life. It is the thing I know I was meant to do. It was just scary at the time, so I think she will be so proud of me. I do not always like the term feel the fear and do it anyway, but knowing that you are fighting harder for your potential than for your fear.
[00:30:53] Beth Beeley-Cave I think she would be so freaking proud of that, and of following it all the way through to a point now where you can say, no, you are standing in the thing you were born to do, and it is only ever going to be up from here.
[00:31:03] Rebecca Haydon Yeah, and that is the power in the work, isn't it? It is uncomfortable. I never lie about that. I never beat around the bush about it, and the more uncomfortable you are willing to get, the more powerful it becomes in the long run. How willing are you to sit and look at those things to get what you want on the other side? And you were so fucking willing. So willing, and here you are. What an interview. What an interview. Thank you so much for coming on, Beth. I loved being part of your process. I loved being part of your journey, and seeing what you are doing now blows me away. I am really proud of you.
[00:31:45] Beth Beeley-Cave Thank you so much. You are just so incredible, and I am so grateful to you for everything. It has been so amazing, so thank you so much for having me on. I love you.
[00:31:54] Rebecca Haydon My pleasure. Love you too. I will see everyone in the next episode. If you are loving these conversations, make sure you are subscribed to The Subconscious Expert, and come connect with me on Instagram at rebeccahaydon. I will see you next time on The Subconscious Expert.
