I am so excited to dive into today's podcast episode, especially with the time of year that we're in right now. If you are currently listening when this podcast goes out.

[00:01:05] On the 26th of December, a very happy Boxing Day. I hope you had a lovely Christmas, but quite frankly, if you're listening to this in the middle of the year, I hope you're having a lovely day too. So today I wanted to actually break down the four energetic shifts from both a subconscious level. And an energy level that I made to step fully into creating a multi six figure business consistently year in and year out.

[00:01:36] And there were four things that kept coming to mind when I was thinking about this, and this actually pairs back to what I'm going to be going through in a mini mind that I've got coming up at the moment, which is called power up. If you haven't seen me talking about it, I'm going to link it in the show notes.

[00:01:51] It's. Actually going live from the 2nd of January. It is the most perfect timing if you are ready to step into multi six figure six figures and beyond, not if it, not even if it's financial, to be honest, if you are ready to step into the identity of a business woman who is able to hold more to follow through on her promises to hold more financial wealth.

[00:02:16] To hold more capacity, to step into the energy that she wants to step into online and really start to show up for her business as a motherfucking business, because that's what we're here for. That is what I'm here for. So today I'm going to go into the four sections that really, really helped me scale the business, because quite frankly.

[00:02:38] energetically and from a subconscious point of view, scaling your business really does come down to that. Strategy is there and in place and yes, has to change slightly, has to become simpler, has to become more defined in your systems and the movement of your ideal clients, [00:03:00] etc. But from an energetic and a subconscious level for you to shift into that next phase of your business, that next phase of wealth, the next phase of client capacity, a higher caliber of client we need to really be looking from.

[00:03:17] Within now, you know, if you have listened to me for a long enough time, that the subconscious is running 95 percent of everything we do day in day out. So if we're running from beliefs that aren't currently serving us, I see a lot of beliefs come up when we're trying to scale, you know, there's a lot of friction, there's a lot of ambition, there's a lot of excitement and adrenaline.

[00:03:43] But the procrastination, the love for a shiny object, the, the moving towards the needle moving activities tends to get clouded by the belief system that comes in. I see a lot of people, and I actually went through this myself, kind of getting stuck in the struggling. Business owner story when you've, you've almost, uh, grow your business, get to a certain point and then you go back to beliefs and belief systems that you used to have right at the very beginning, a lot of comparison starts to happen.

[00:04:21] A lot of procrastination starts to happen like A lot of the patterns that we had when we first started our business starts to come in when you're scaling because what's happened is you've got the business to an incredible place and I want you to really celebrate that and appreciate that but you can't Get it to the next level by doing what you've done.

[00:04:44] And that means that you have to go out of your comfort zone, which feels horrible because you have spent so much time being out of your comfort zone to grow the business to where you want to be. Now you're in your comfort zone and you're like. Ooh, yay. Thank God. And boom, all of a sudden the high achiever comes in and you're like, right, what's next.

[00:05:03] So stepping into that. So today we're going to have a look at four sections. We're going to have a look at next level wealth. We're going to have a look at next level capacity. We're going to have a look at the next level energy and I mean more so from being unapologetic online, really standing in your power and leading the way.

[00:05:23] And then we're going to have a look at next level CEO. So really getting the tasks in more of the strategic side of things, but it is from like an energetic point of view, a subconscious point of view of saying you're going to do something and actually fricking doing it. I cannot tell you how many times people say, I would just love.

[00:05:43] To say I'm going to do something and do it and you know like that reflection of what would your business be like right now if you said everything that you were going to do and you did it this year. So we're going to be diving into all of them. So let's start with next level wealth. When I see the scaling [00:06:00] happening.

[00:06:00] I see a lot of people stuck on like an energetic minimum in their bank account. I've definitely been through this a couple of times where I've had to check myself because I've had almost this energetic minimum, which is like a minimum amount in my account that my account drops to, um, or an energetic maximum, more so where I have like a, an energetic maximum amount where my, you know, I'll, I'll get payments coming in and my account will go to a kind of a new level, a new number, and then I'll kind of stay on that number and no matter how many payments come in, no matter what I do, a payment will come in and something else will come out.

[00:06:40] It would just kind of keep it on that number. And when we're looking at this, it's usually down to us feeling safe enough to hold the next level of finances. And really having a look at what the subconscious beliefs around that, around your next energetic maximum in your bank account will look like. So what I want you to do first of all, and this is something that we're going to be doing in Power Up the Mini Mind that I was talking about earlier, is I want you to really have a think of what you want your bank account, your energetic maximum in your bank account next year.

[00:07:21] So what do you want that, that figure to read? What do you kind of not want to drop below? Like what is that energetic maximum minimum for you and really understand what we want that to look like. The more we grow, the more we scale, this is why I'm looking at next level capacity next, but the more we grow and the more we scale, the more money obviously we are going to be dealing with, the more money we're going to hold, the more money we've got coming into the account, out of the account, potentially as well.

[00:07:54] So actually becoming very, uh, very comfortable. I say that, I say that very, uh. Through gritted teeth, because I'm not sure we're going for comfortable here, but the more we can feel safe, that's better, the more we can feel safe with the number that we're creating, the safer the number gets, right? So I want you to have a little think, what is that energetic, let's go with the minimum first.

[00:08:23] What is the energetic minimum you want in your bank account where we pretty much don't ever go below that? Right now, your energetic minimum might be zero. That's okay. But maybe in 2024, you want your energetic minimum to be 10, 000 pounds. You know, you don't, you want to always have 10, 000 pounds in your account.

[00:08:45] We don't ever go below that. The moment that we're teetering on the edge of that, we know to do work to make sure that it's not going below that. So I want you to have a look at the energetic minimum of your bank account. And this is something that you can do just on [00:09:00] reflection, you know, what has been the energetic minimum of this year?

[00:09:03] What has like, where, where, where, where is the number that you kind of fluctuate from and to, but never really go past and then having a look at the energetic maximum of what it would look like and feel like to hold that in your bank account. Now, a lot of the time, Okay. I always say this when I'm doing a lot of money mindset work.

[00:09:23] It's the story that you're putting on the number, right? Our, our money is in an app that's in the air. We never physically see it or touch it, physically see it in the way of the numbers on the screen, but it's the story that we make about the numbers as to what that means to us. So when you're thinking about that, that kind of maximum, maybe there isn't a maximum, maybe it's forever and always going to be growing, but I want you to have a look at what you want that to look like.

[00:09:49] And then what we need to start to do is to create the safety in you holding that. I've spoke about this a lot on Money Mindset podcast episodes that I've done in the past. I think I was doing quite a lot in January of last, of this year, actually, um, which will now be 2023. Last year, if you're listening in 2024, um, but we really need to teach the subconscious mind just how you're going to handle it.

[00:10:14] So when we're looking at stepping into that next level, when we're looking into going to that next level for you, one of the biggest things that we need to create safety around is how you're going to handle it. So I know like VAT comes up a lot and tax and, you know, things like that. That was a, that was a big thing that I had to really step into.

[00:10:33] Even when I moved back to the UK, you know, the way I ran the business in Australia and the tax, et cetera, that I paid there was very different to the UK. So when I came home, that, that fear of like, Oh my God, now I've got to learn how to run my business in the UK. And I was like, well, yes. Okay. Let's learn.

[00:10:53] We don't need to create a story about it. We don't need to create a belief about it. We know we don't need to create resistance about it. I needed to learn how I was handling it. So I hired an accountant. I pay them monthly. They do everything for me. And I handled it and it's, you know, and it's only grown from there.

[00:11:10] So really having a look at the next level wealth, where is the wealth going to be going? How do you want it to flow in? What do you want it to look like? Where is it going back into your savings or investment or through the business? You know, what are you investing? I literally wrote this down and I'm not going to go fully into it because I know I've spoken about it a lot before, but like, I literally wrote down, like, I'm going to have a massage at this, you know, this many times I'm going to get my nails done every two to three weeks, like I mapped out all of the next level wealth that I want to step into and we'll carry on mapping the next level wealth, especially into the wealth that I want to create this year in 2024.

[00:11:50] So first section, really having a look energetically behind your next level wealth. How are you, how are you showing up for money right now? [00:12:00] How are you showing up for the relationship that you have with money right now? What is the energy behind that? Really looking at what that is currently and what you want that to be.

[00:12:11] What is the identity? And who are you from an identity perspective with the next level wealth that you want to create? You might have to look at your bank account with the next level wealth you want to create. I know quite a few of you hide from it. So it's, it's really seeing what that looks like. And I think that was a huge part for me purely because I'd never had the amount of money that I have now.

[00:12:35] I'd never experienced that, you know, like I used to get so excited because I used to earn 1, 400 per month being a PA for British Gymnastics and I used to teach dance on the evening, so I would bring in, I brought in 1, 000 from my dance teaching days and 1, 400 from my PA job, so I was bringing in 2, 400 per month and that felt so So, yeah.

[00:13:04] Fricking amazing for me at that time, like I couldn't believe it. I paid off my next account. I did all, I did so many things like I saved for, for Australia with that, like that for me was absolute insanity. The amount of wealth that I was bringing in. And now I have my business. I mean, God knows how many X amount of times that I get in per month now, but it's.

[00:13:27] I really had to shift with what that looked like for me, create the norm, like create the normal, create the neutral around it, I had one of my highest cash months in November, obviously was in, you know, that we just then went to New York, etc, but it was really creating the safety around. Bringing that amount of cash into the business that allowed me to bring that amount of cash into the business.

[00:13:52] So it's really starting for you to understand what it looks like from a safety perspective to bring that in. The next thing I want to speak about is. The next level capacity. So I think when we look at scaling the business, especially if you want to scale it in the way of more products, more people through the door, um, a higher caliber of client, et cetera, for me, I'm definitely working on this.

[00:14:20] Um, currently. The business, the next level capacity, because I have grown a business from just doing one-to-ones, and now I want to move. So my one-to-ones are still part of my business, but they're as as much as put my teeth back in as much as a percentage as the other things that I'm launching. My membership, my group program, the mini Mind that's coming as something else that's coming in January.

[00:14:47] You know this. So many things that I've got going on that I needed to shift where my one to one sat in my priority list in order to create that next level of capacity. Now that doesn't mean that I don't [00:15:00] give my one to ones more, uh, more or less, you know, like that stays the same. I hold very, very. Very strong boundaries around my one to one and how I can create such incredible breakthroughs with them because of the boundaries that I hold and the boundaries that I hold with myself, but actually expanding your capacity to hold an overflow of high caliber of clients.

[00:15:21] In a multitude of containers, it takes a very different shift of subconscious and it takes a very different energy and knowing and trust within yourself. So one of the biggest lessons that I had to learn, especially because I had grown a one to one, um, A one to one predominant business model was the business model that I was working from and have been working from.

[00:15:47] I had to learn that I can still give people breakthroughs. I can still have people take action and I can still have people have success without being one to one with them. So I'd created this belief that I have to work with people one to one in order for them to get breakthroughs and success. Now, when I started to bring in my group program, my membership.

[00:16:09] Things like that, that isn't the same touch point as one to one, but I had to shift the story, I had to shift the belief, because I know that people just listen to the podcast and they can get breakthroughs, people are listening to my free things and they can still get breakthroughs, so yeah. No matter where you are in the journey of my customer journey, you're still getting the breakthroughs.

[00:16:32] And I had to remember that I had to embed that in as my new identity that I don't have to be one to one with everyone in order for them to see success. And equally the client that I'm, that I'm calling in takes responsibility, takes action, shows up for herself and doesn't need me to handhold. So actually that kind of in turn really allowed me to.

[00:16:56] Open up the possibility of holding more of holding more capacity of holding more high caliber clients of holding more in different pockets of the business, because if I just kept focusing on one to one, then I'm only going to, I'm only going to grow one to one and one to one. grew to the point that it could be due to the timing that I had and the timing that I wanted to spend on one to one calls.

[00:17:23] So I want you to have a look at the capacity that you're currently holding. How does it feel? You know, I had to have a real check in with my energy. I had to really check in with my energy of how it felt. You know, if client work right now or supporting clients right now feels heavy. Something has to shift in order for you to scale because your subconscious is going to be like, wait, hang on.

[00:17:45] You want me to, you want to add on another three products to our product suite and, and, and sell them and have more people in when we can't even do what we're doing now, you know, this is where boundaries come in. You can create. [00:18:00] Epic experiences and profound transformation whilst fiercely holding your own damn boundaries, and I had to learn that so much this year, and I have brought boundary on top of boundary.

[00:18:14] I'm currently just Refining the boundaries going into the new year and all of my one to one clients will get like an updated client guide, a reminder, a refresher, you know, it's constantly having, I'm constantly having to do that because I want to expand the capacity of My business of my life of what I'm doing, and I want my clients to feel supported and nourished and get in the breakthroughs, but not to the detriment of my health, which is what it used to be in 2021, you know, I would be up.

[00:18:48] At 6am doing calls, and I'd still be doing calls at 9pm, answering voxers every minute of every day, and that isn't how I run the business anymore, and I have to stand really firm in that boundary, whilst still my clients feel very, very held, and I think every, pretty much every single one of them will say how held they feel, but I have to have the boundaries in.

[00:19:08] So having a look across the board at your capacity, you know, what is it looking like? And I think a lot of the time with capacity, like we only go, we only look from what we've got right now, but you know, have a, have a reflection, have a, have a zoom out into the future. What do you want? Your, what is. The most perfect week in the life of your new business model.

[00:19:36] What is that going to look like? The vision, what are we working towards? And I think this is going to really help you create that space for the next level of capacity for you to move into. Number three is the next level energy. And I think this really comes with stepping into your power online. Speaking with that unapologetic energy, really being bold, you know, declaring what you want, playing bigger than ever before, embodying the transformation, radiating for your, you know, radiating that magnetic energy that draws in your ideal clients.

[00:20:14] And there is a shift. There is a shift when you're moving to that next level. It's no longer going to work. You doing the same stories day in, day out. Like you have to start. You have to start being different, seeing different, showing up different. It's a different kind of energy and it's a different way of showing up.

[00:20:36] And not so much from a strategic point of view, it's all very much the same, but from you, like leading the way in the industry, speaking your opinions more. Um, what does that look like for you and how do you want to be perceived? You know. Are you really standing as the authority right now? Are you creating space for you to lead?

[00:20:57] Are you creating space for you to [00:21:00] pioneer the path moving forwards and really getting clear on what you want that to look like? Because again, it's that comfort zone that we slip into when we get a little bit stagnant in the business or when we get a little bit too comfortable where you go, Oh, hang on.

[00:21:14] Like I have been hit in the same amount of money. The same amount of money is in my bank account. And that's been happening for six months. Like what did that, did I realize that and having that realization, but things need to shift and a lot of it is about how you are showing up online and how you are speaking to your ideal client, how you are moving them.

[00:21:33] A lot of transformational content I brought in this year because of the way that I wanted to show up. Differently online. My podcast really switched into that next level energy, the way that I go to the studio and record, et cetera. So a lot of different things had to shift with how I showed up for myself and how I showed up for myself online as well.

[00:21:55] And then, then that the last thing that I want to talk about is that next level, CEO. And I think this is the one that kind of encompasses everything together. That you have the strategy behind you, the operations behind you, but you are showing up for yourself, you are showing up for yourself and you're showing up for your business because it's the energy that you bring, it's the way that you show up for you is going to have a direct effect.

[00:22:25] Direct impact, not only on the powerful changes that you create with your client, but how people buy from you too. It is very different. And I think I spent so often, um, kind of 2020, 2021, literally flying by the seat of my pants to now having the structure and the strategy and the knowing and. Being able to sell things, you know, I launched whilst I was in New York.

[00:22:50] That was very strategic as to why I did that. And it was already mapped and planned and ready. So I could sell whilst I was on holiday. You know, a lot of people were like, how are you doing this? How, how are you, how are you having a holiday? Login in New York and selling to it's because I was the CEO of my motherfucking business and I got things set up in order for me to be able to follow through.

[00:23:15] I said, I was going to do something. I asked myself what needs to happen for this to happen. I included the team. They helped me get this all together and then it was ready. I had the links. We had the welcome email sequence. We had everything we needed in order for me to step into that and the sales really.

[00:23:33] Flew in over New York. And I think that it's like, it's such a different energy. It's such a different way of showing up for yourself. It's such a different way of doing things than constantly being on the back foot and not having a strategy behind you or having a strategy and flapping around or not following through or procrastinating on it.

[00:23:55] And look, I procrastinate sometimes I have, you know, like I catch my [00:24:00] patterns. I sometimes don't get things in. At the time that they need to be in or I push back a deadline but I've got the container there I have got the container there that I can go on holiday and launch something and not even feel that I'm launching anything because the container in the foundations of my business are below me and I think having that understanding.

[00:24:21] an energetic point of view allows me to show up better in the business anyway. So four sections, next level wealth, next level capacity, next level energy and next level CEO. These are actually the four sections that I am breaking down in power up, which is my two week mini mind. So there's four calls over the two weeks and each call.

[00:24:44] It's going to be dedicated to all of those four sections that I've spoke about today.
