But right now…
• Your business works but it feels heavier than it should.
• You know what to do but you don’t quite trust yourself to stay with it.
• You make plans, then quietly pull back when doubt shows up.
• You keep reworking things that already function because moving forward feels more exposing than fixing.
• You see other women showing up confidently and wonder why it feels harder for you even though you know you’re just as capable.
• Your business doesn’t reflect how strong you actually are.
And you keep thinking:
“I know I’m capable of more…
why does it feel like I’m the one in the way?”
You could keep telling yourself you just need more consistency, more discipline, more organisation.
OR you could understand how your subconscious is actually driving your behaviour. Why you procrastinate, why you avoid, why you pull back when things start working and how to lead yourself differently when it happens.
That’s how success starts to feel safe to hold, how your business feels steadier and why growth stops feeling heavy and starts feeling like something you can actually handle.
So how does it work?

You’re Doing Everything Right… So Why Does It Still Feel Hard?
You’re working hard, but it doesn’t feel intentional. You’re busy, but you don’t feel like you’re moving forward in the way you should be. You feel overwhelmed and underperforming at the same time and it’s confusing because you know you’re capable of more.
This audio names that experience, without trying to fix it or motivate you out of it. It gives you clarity around why things feel harder than they should.
-
Why This Makes Sense (Even If You’ve Been Judging Yourself For It)
You know what you should be doing, but you don’t do it. You overthink decisions, question yourself, and tell yourself you need more discipline, more confidence, or better organisation.
This audio shows you why effort hasn’t worked and why none of this means your mindset is broken or that you’re not cut out for this.
-
The Pattern That Keeps Pulling You Back
You make plans and strategies, then deviate from them when your mood shifts. You feel scattered, keep reworking the same things, and struggle to move forward consistently.
This audio shows you the pattern behind all of it. Not lots of separate problems, but one loop that keeps repeating. Once you see it clearly, it stops running quietly in the background.
-
Why Strategy Stops Working When You’re the Bottleneck
You don’t lack strategy, knowledge, or ideas. You understand what you need to do, yet good plans still fall apart and momentum feels fragile.
This audio explains why strategy feels like it should be working but isn’t, why time keeps disappearing, and why you don’t trust yourself to follow through even when the plan makes sense.

What Changes When You Lead Yourself Differently
You don’t need to push harder or worry about burning out again. This audio looks at what shifts when you stop fighting yourself and start leading yourself differently.
Consistency becomes calmer. Working towards your goals stops feeling like your brain is on fire every day. Momentum becomes something you can actually keep.
Meet Rebecca…
That’s me.
I work with women who are capable, ambitious and already doing a lot, but quietly feel like they’re the thing slowing themselves down.
And yes, I know the irony of that sentence, because I’ve lived it.
I didn’t build this work because everything always felt easy or clean in my own business. I built it because I know what it’s like to be the one people come to for clarity, while feeling oddly messy inside your own head. To know the strategy. To know what works. And still find yourself overthinking, hesitating, or pulling back when things matter.
For a long time, I thought I just needed to be more disciplined. More organised. More “on it”.
Spoiler: that wasn’t the issue.
What actually changed things for me was understanding how my subconscious was driving my decisions, my consistency and my relationship with success. Once I saw that, everything got simpler. Not easier overnight. Just clearer. And clarity does a lot of heavy lifting.
Since then, I’ve worked with hundreds of women at different stages of growth, and the pattern is always the same. When things start working, it’s not strategy that becomes the problem. It’s what success asks you to hold internally.
I’m slightly obsessed about the subconscious. I love the patterns, the language, the moment when someone realises, “Oh… that’s what’s been happening.” I also love calling things out plainly, without drama, and without pretending you need fixing.
