How it Works:
We will meet once per week for 6 sessions to help you rewire your subconscious so that you change the subconscious thoughts and remove triggers.
Hypnosis puts you in a state of deep relaxation and heightens your focus. It creates a synergy between your senses and increases your sensitivity to your surroundings.
Everything that you hear and feel during hypnosis will add to the whole experience and produce the best outcome.
Undergoing hypnotherapy and NLP is synonymous with taking a power nap. After our sessions, my clients always feel more vibrant, alert and renewed.
You will also have tools and resources to help keep you on track in between each session.
All hypnosis sessions can be done online or face to face at clinics in Bowral.

How does hypnotherapy help?
The ability to reprogram emotional attitudes and reactions is a latent talent within every human being. Hypnosis is the most functional and reasonable way to train life-long attitudes, rather than suffer a lifetime of emotional accidents the conscious mind is unable to change.
How does it feel to be hypnotised?
It feels great! Hypnosis is a natural state that feels like that feeling you get right before you fall asleep at night.
When you awaken, you feel refreshed and revitalised. You just feel as if you are relaxing in a very comfortable space with your eyes closed. You can hear everything; my voice, the sounds outside the building, a car going down the street outside, whatever.
Because relaxation is a subjective experience (some people relax at the beach, for others it is chopping wood), so too is what each person feels when in a hypnotic trance. The feeling is the opposite to stress, so you will feel relaxed and calm.
Can anyone be hypnotised?
Like anything else in life, the more people practice self-hypnosis, the more easily they can slip into that wonderful relaxed state. The depth that people reach in hypnosis varies between individuals. It is not necessary to achieve a very deep level of hypnosis to bring about change to habits or conditions that are having a negative impact either mentally or physically.
A common myth about hypnotisability is when a person says, “No one could hypnotise me, and I’m too strong minded”. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. A person goes into hypnosis because they choose to. So strong-minded individuals are really good candidates for hypnosis provided they are committed to wanting it to work for them.
How much will I remember in Hypnosis?
It totally depends. If you want to, you will remember everything that is said, however if you are used to the experience or find yourself drifting off into other thoughts you can allow your focus and attention to wander off and remember very little. Remembering the experience is entirely an individual thing, but the bottom line is if you stay focused and want to remember you will.
Does hypnosis work online?
Hypnosis is an all-natural approach that doesn’t rely on the hypnotist being in the room with you. If you can see and hear them, you’ll be able to experience exactly the same benefits as you would with a face-to-face session.
In fact, several of my online clients have reported they found the initial first steps of the process less stressful when undertaken online. This is because they were able to remain in familiar surroundings throughout their treatment and didn’t have the stress and uncertainty of driving to an appointment.
