I really wanted today to come from the heart purely because the addiction to your approval and people-pleasing has probably been the biggest thing that I’ve had to work on since I started myself in the self-development world.

1. What are you getting externally from seeking approval?
2. How could I give that internally to myself
3. Could I let go of wanting to get approval
4. Could I allow myself to give myself approval (love) directly?
Start looking at this as a habit, rather than an identity, and how you can change those habitual rituals to change your behaviour and fill your cup!
